Mindfulness means maintaining a moment-by-moment awareness of your thoughts, emotions, bodily reactions, and your surrounding environment with openness and enjoyment. Mindfulness has research-backed results that include reduction is stress and improvements in job satisfaction, focus, and overall peace and strength from within.
Mindfulness classes is learning the art of paying attention, it teaches you to listen to your heart. Rather than withdrawing from the painful situation or the world, Mindfulness can help you enjoy your life more fully, effectively and peacefully.
Sessions are for youth, teens and adults and are intended to support anyone who is interested in developing and sustaining regular mindfulness practice throughout not only your day, but lifestyle and these classes offers you the way to step out of the often relentless busy lifestyle you find yourself in.
Prerequisite: An open mind and willingness to allow yourself to learn new methods of reacting and thinking to begin to de-stress. It is not recommended for anyone dealing with bi-polar unless with the permission of your doctor.
Duration: Classes typically meet once per week, and run for 6 weeks. Adjustments to program may be made for your unique requirements.

REIKI I
Reiki is a healing art from Japan that is used to relieve stress, heal physical and mental trauma, and support spiritual awakening. No previous background nor skills are required to learn Reiki – just an open mind and be willing to help others.
REIKI 1
Description: This one day course is the beginning level of Usui Reiki training as taught by William Lee Rand. You will learn the history of Reiki, gain a basic understanding of chakras and an aura, learn basic healing techniques and learn to scan the body for energy. You will receive your attunement, hands-on practice, receive class materials and your certification. After completion, you will be able to give yourself Reiki, your family, friends, even pets.
Cost: One day (4-6 hours) $125.00 with Usui Reiki Certificate Level 1
REIKI II
REIKI II
Prerequisite: Reiki Level I
Description: This one day course is the follow up training to Level I for those who want to know more and increase the power of energy healing. This course will enable you to provide Reiki healing energy whether you use it for yourself, treat others, help your family or even pets. As well as learn the vast uses of Reiki for everyday life and receive your Reiki II attunement, you will receive the Reiki II symbols, learn how to clear negative energy out of rooms, send Reiki long distance, and send energy to balance emotions.
Cost: One day (4-6 hours) $200.00 with Usui Reiki II Certification
ADVANCED REIKI
ADVANCED REIKI
Prerequisite: Open to any student having certification in Reiki I & II with a minimum practice of 3 months through self treatments or treatments of others.
Description: This one day intensive class is offered to further enhance your abilities. You will receive the Usui Master Symbol which will increase the strength of your Reiki healing energy and the use of the Reiki II Symbols. You will begin to learn to work with crystals and also learn a powerful Reiki technique that removes negative energy blockages. Upon completion of this class, you will receive the Usui Master Attunement and practice using the Usui Master Symbol which increases the effectiveness of your other Reiki symbols. You will learn how to create a Reiki Crystal Grid and learn Aura clearing.
Cost: One day (6 -8 hours) $350.00 with Usui Reiki Advanced Level Certification
MASTER REIKI LEVEL
MASTER REIKI LEVEL
Prerequisite: Reiki Level I & II and Advanced Certifications with a minimum practice of 6 months through self treatments or treatments of others (family or friends).
Description: You will be a Reiki Master after completing this class. It also enables you to become a Reiki teacher if you choose to teach. This two day intensive class will introduce the Usui Holy Fire II Master Symbol with instructions pertaining to its healing potential and take you to higher levels with your Reiki energy. You will receive the Usui/Tibetan Master Attunement which provides two Tibetan symbols, completing the 6 symbols for Usui/Tibetan Reiki. You will practice giving a Healing Attunement which is the highest healing energy you can give yourself or individuals. You will practice attuning others to Reiki by giving attunements for Reiki Level I, II, Advanced Reiki Training and Reiki Master/Teacher. You will experience a Reiki meditation that harmonizes the energy of the chakras. You will understand the values of a true Reiki Master. You will be provided information on teaching Reiki.

KARUNA REIKI LEVEL
KARUNA REIKI LEVEL
Prerequisite: Reiki Master Level with a minimum practice of 6 months through self treatments or treatments of others (family or friends).
Description: This class is for anyone who has had Reiki Master training. It is complete with two levels, two attunements, four master symbols and eight treatment symbols. Most students have found this level to be extremely powerful. The energy has a more definite feeling to it. It works on the emotional and spiritual levels and also can help one become more grounded. The Karuna symbols are of a higher vibration and more powerful. They help connect directly with your Higher Self and work on a deeper level.
